Stacy Leverett leads project finance for the Place team, strategizing to create value for investors and the surrounding project community. Her deep operational experience assists with management and leasing teams and effective communications with project lenders and financial partners. During her 20 years in the development industry, Stacy has participated in the acquisition, development, and sale of approximately 2,300 multifamily units, totaling over $350 million.
Stacy previously held the position of Vice President at Atticus Real Estate, where she focused on high-end commercial and luxury high-rise, mid-rise, and mixed-use real estate products. Stacy’s background regarding site selection and consumer product choices helps integrate the essential dynamics in apartment development, location, consumer product choice, and market demand. Before her position with Atticus Real Estate, Stacy worked with Cambridge Development Group for 12 years. She played key roles in the completion of many award-winning communities, including Best of American Living, McGraw Hill Award, Aurora Award, Landmark Award, and Multifamily Executive Award: Lo-Rise.
