Megan Hulsey

Megan Hulsey is a Development Associate  at Place and is responsible for assisting with project research and project management. Grounded on principles that embody the relationship between exploration and discovery, she enjoys researching how architecture can positively affect an occupant’s emotional well-being while simultaneously creating harmony between the built and natural environment. Her specific responsibilities include assisting with the research and development of reports, memorandums, and market and site due diligence for current and future projects. She is also responsible for analyzing architectural, construction, and engineering documents, contracts, and drawings, as well as assisting in the facilitation of design, engineering, and research activities related to projects.
