David Nance is a Development Executive at Place, building value by managing contract negotiations, construction oversight, and architectural oversight from project conception to closeout. David delivers a high degree of expertise at all project levels with 30+ years in the design and construction industry with over $4 billion in projects.

 

David has held the project position of Architect of Record, Executive Architect for the Owner’s Design Architects, Owner’s Representative, Operations Representative, Program Manager, Developer, Design Builder, Contractor, and Subcontractor. Project type experiences range from multi-family, single-family, general commercial project types, criminal justice, hospitality, and gaming to one-of-a-kind projects such as a new Control Operation Center for the power grid, a $100M low voltage system for a $2B international airport, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Stadium.
