Austin Lynch is a Development Associate at Place and contributes to the team by performing research and assisting with project management. Finding trends in market and demographic data, he generates reports and presentations on current as well as potential projects. In the oversight of projects, Austin coordinates with Place’s best-in-class partners in order to ensure project deadlines are met and the overall schedule proceeds as planned. He collaborates with the team at Place to prepare and finalize budgets, reports, and designs.
